3 Reasons Why I Chose The Nugget Play Couch
- GREENGUARD Gold Certified: Now my initial thought was to just order a couch on Amazon that was $100 cheaper. I already assumed the quality would not be to par, but the MAIN REASON I chose to go with The Nugget Play Couch was that it’s made of 100% Non-toxic fabrics. The foam inserts are CertiPUR-US certified (meaning it’s free from mercury, lead, and formaldehyde). It also has no harmful flame retardants.
**Every single generic play couch I saw had a laundry list of toxins. A few reviews I read even said the first thing they noticed when they got their play couches was a strong chemical odor. The triangle pillows are great for a backrest for extra seating and they stay in place with ease, no slippery fabric here! It’s also easier to clean pet hair. My toddler is still teething so spot cleaning drool and other messes that might come along is a breeze. I’ll probably wind up ordering the liner set for added protection.
Delivery
Delivery was fast and arrived within 3 days via FedEx shipping. The Nugget came to life as soon it was out of the vacuum sealed packaging, although they do recommend 1-2 weeks for it to be fully fluffed! I did have a few questions about my order and customer service was quick and easy to communicate via email.
Conclusion
The Original Nugget Play Couch is totally worth it in my opinion. The cost is a no brainer once you factor in all the pros. My family and I use it every day, it’s definitely one of the better investments we made in our playroom. Looking forward to all the creative play and imagination for years to come!
